We run outside. In winter. On purpose. And it’s honestly a great time.
Practice Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Holiday music the entire run. Chocolate milk every Friday. Tuesdays and Thursdays off, because you have a life.
Three days on. Two days very much off.
Show up to the ones that are lit up. Ignore us completely on the grey ones.
Practices, meets, and everything else.
The week strip above is the pattern. This is what’s actually on the books — including anything that breaks it.

Things that are true about this club
Christmas music plays the whole run
Every practice, all season. Yes, in April. It’s tradition and we will not be taking questions.
Chocolate milk every Friday
Handed out right after the run. Rain, snow, or that one weirdly warm day in January.
We start slow and mostly stay slow
New runners set the pace. Nobody gets dropped — we did the math, it’s not worth it.
Dress warm, we’ll wait for you
Gloves, hat, three layers, whatever. If you’re a little cold at the start you did it right.
Tuesday and Thursday are yours
Two full days off, on purpose. Rest is part of the plan, not a reward.
No tryouts. No cuts. No bench.
You show up, you’re on the team. That is the entire process.

Fridays are chocolate milk days
Every Friday practice ends with chocolate milk for the whole team. It’s been that way since before any of us got here, and it is not changing.
A serious message from a deeply unserious club
Some of us kept running after graduation
Alone. Before sunrise. No music, no chocolate milk, no talking. One of them turned it into a cold-weather running brand called Winter Tommy. We’re a little concerned and mostly impressed.
